Being decked out in your home team sportswear isn’t always cool.
“BRO, THE FUCKIN YANKEES BRO!” We all have that obnoxious friend who wears sports jerseys everywhere they go. It’s embarrassing and a bit annoying. It’s understandable at a game, or at a celebratory parade and shit like that, but any other time, you are a douchebag. Some people take it to the next level. I found the following gem on Facebook last week. “White shirt, navy skirt, navy tights, Yankee sneakers, Jeter jersey, Yankee watch, Yankee necklace & bracelet, Yankee jacket, Yankee purse, Yankee tote (for lunch) & a Yankee umbrella…think my mom took Yankee pride a bit too seriously?” Crazy. People and their sports!
